      Marketing Rocks! The energy is always positive Everyone has a can-do attitude We have amazing customers that love our product and use it all the time. We have the freedom to be creative, different, unique across all functions.

      Cons

      Growth is quick and things change quickly so you need to be adaptable and agile in your approach. It is a global company so there are things happening across all time zones you need to figure out how to schedule meetings in different time zones so it works for everyone.

      Pros

      Hibob is a great company to work for. It has an amazing product to sell and a great work life balance. I am working there for 3 years and more to come! it is a working place that really listen to the employee's needs and put them in the center.

      Cons

      People that work in Bob need to adjust to changes and processes all the time as we are growing fast and it is not always easy and suits to every person.
