An Amazing Place To Work

Pros

Great culture of engaging people and making you feel valued. Everyone has a sense of wanting to do their best which has a knock-on effect to everyone else. There is no rigid hierarchy or people with egos - everyone steps in to help no matter where they are in the company. This is quite rare. The offices have a fun feel to them and create that 'cool' vibe everyone wants. Can't wait to get back in them! The company is growing fast and hiring new talent all the time, so it keeps it fresh and exciting.

Cons

No cons - but if you've worked in a stuffy, boring, corporate environment with a daily routine, then this place probably won't tick your box.

Great work environment, people seem to enjoy what they are doing and submit their friends to new job openings. Overall great culture and happy environment to work in.

Cons

Not splashy when it comes to gifts and company events (not sure if 'Con' but maybe some people care about that)
