Thanks for this feedback. Effective onboarding - especially remotely - is so important to employee satisfaction and effectiveness. I am glad to hear we are getting it right in your experience. I am proud of the developments we have made here since shifting to remote last year. We are not perfect but every day we are continuing to work on improvements. I am also so pleased to hear the feedback about our culture. I hear/see this a lot from employees in the business. It is so much easier and more enjoyable to work with people that genuinely care about each other, their work, and the business, I am so happy our employees experience this here at Hibob. Glad you’re here! You’ve noted many points that are important - work life balance, culture, product - so I am glad we are hitting the mark. Thanks for the feedback. I agree with your point that there is a lot expected of each person but I see this as a positive thing - we hold a high bar for everyone and for the company. Our ambition as individuals and as a company will be what leads us to achieve the big goals we have set for the next two years.
