Hibob is a great company to work for. You will work with a very talented and friendly team of people in a fast paced environment. The great culture is the key and is taken into consideration at all times. The management is approachable and transparent.

Cons

The need for robust learning and development training for the entire employee lifecycle A lot of work and long hours (be sure you won’t be bored)

These are core values for all Hibob and while I am not surprised, I still value the validation from the outside that we are living up to our word. Yes, we are moving at a very fast pace and that can sometimes mean that we can get ahead of ourselves and find gaps in core areas, like employee training and development. We’re committed to getting some programs off the ground here this year so please know that your comment is noted - and valid - and we are working on it.

Fantastic culture, the support from higher level is amazing they truly take care of the employees making us feel human instead of a number. Young crowed, so many friendships along the way. Happy to be on this growth path. Mark my words big things are coming.

Cons

Fast pace environment, a-lot of changes, the pressure can get to you but at the end of the day this is what grows an individual.

Growth Opportunites (3 years, one promotion and one cross-department move) aligned with my personal growth expectations Good company culture and levels of engagement especially during Covid. Skills development and support from. If you are a self-starter and willing to try new things then this would be the place for you. Although you have your targets, the company is happy for you to try new things to reach success.

Cons

I was placed on furlough and during the time the communication could have been better but I guess this is something that is new for all businesses so to get the communication right would be a challenge but I expected a little more from what I experienced. Sometimes we are working longer hours to support clients abroad
