      Pros

      Great company culture, feel involved with making decisions and coming up with processes leading to success. Feel invested in, a company that cares and wants to help you with personal progression and goals. Nice product that is easy to sell with the benefit that we are helping organisations small and large.

      Cons

      Start-up: processes are not as smooth as expected, strategies can change often, ideas for product development sometimes lose me - We are trying to be different from competition but sometimes the ideas for new features get you excited but may not come. Can be stressful and hard work. Some long hours and extra hours at events.
