The product is strong and evolving quickly — it’s exciting to work on something that truly helps companies build better workplaces. The team is international, diverse, and super talented. Work-life balance is respected, and the company offers flexibility and autonomy.

      Same as any fast growing tech start-up company, things move fast and changes can happen.

      Pros

      WLB is great, working in a hybrid model. Dog friendly office and centrally located. People are in the center of attention. Learning and self-development is at the core.
