      Great Software and Culture

      Pros

      -The software is intuitive, flexible and very easy to use -Amazing culture, everyone works together well and no one has egos -Plenty or helpful resources to use when onboarding to the company

      Cons

      -Still working to grow the US market (strong in Isreal and rest of Europe) -Onboarding is still being refined as the company is still in 'start up mode' in many markets(including US) but this comes with the territory I think.

      Pros

      Lots of exciting things happening here at Bob. Lots of room for growth and the potential to make a lot of money. The training is great and the customers we work with are wonderful.

      Cons

      With any fast-growing company, ironing out processes and things is sometimes difficult, but things happen quickly, so it's not really a concern.

      Best Job I've Ever Had

      Pros

      - Amazing Culture (even remote) - Great product - great people - allowed to run with ideas and start your own projects - lots of opportunity for mobility - good pay - great management that really believes in what they do

      Cons

      - timezones can be a challenge (but people are super adaptable) - lots of work fast paced (not really a con, work is interesting and normal for a startup) - no real cons so far
