Pros

The culture and people are what make this company special. Everyone is super welcoming and willing to help you learn and become part of the team. The product is extremely exciting and constantly evolving and that is evident with constant new releases and upgrades.

Cons

None to report, everything from the hiring process, to onboarding, and consistent opportunities for improvement, I can't think of anything to write negatively.

Pros

I've been at HiBob a few weeks and I can confidently say that it's the most positive place I've ever worked. Everyone I've met is psyched to be part of this successful, enjoyable atmosphere. The company's values (google them!) all shine through in my day-to-day interactions and I'm optimistic in the short and long term about my own impact here as well as the company's financial success.

Pros

inredible team of thoughtful, intelligent people. Senior leadership does a good job of setting realistic goals to drive focus.

Cons

At times, the decision making process feels very un-coordinated / dis-organized. It feels that there's too many "cooks in the kitchen" at times and this leads to major lag in the progress of projects, where there's potential for them to fall through the cracks. The communication between stakeholders could also be better.
