HiBob has nice technology, and overall, the people are great to work with. This tech should be rivaling Workday and honestly take over the HR tech space.

Cons

I watched a lot of infighting and back-stabbing. The politics were almost unbearable.

Pros

HiBob is a great place to work at - I have been here for a year, and I learnt so much from my colleagues and my manager. The company is thriving and growing and its great to grow with it - there is always an opportunity to initiate projects and help support the company goals. People listen to what you have to say and there is mutual respect.

Cons

Like any growing company in a fast paced environment there is sometimes mis communications and silos between departments or teams - but I feel like the company is working very hard to minimize those.
