Pros

HiBob has so much flexibility around children, from newborn stage where you get 3 days off for baby bonding to gifting us school bags for first graders, from hybrid working model where we can spend time with our family and work from home to official invitation for our little ones to the offices for fun day full of activities.

Cons

None that are really relevant, it's small things that don't have much impact in my opinion.
