      Values-drive with great people and lots of potential

      Pros

      - Genuinely kind and smart colleagues. I’ve felt welcomed and supported from day one. - There’s a strong sense of ownership and autonomy. You’re trusted to get on with your work and make a difference. - Lots of opportunity to lead on impactful projects early, especially if you’re proactive. - Global company with a strong EMEA presence, which creates good exposure and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      - Sometimes there’s a lack of clarity around priorities, ownership, and timelines. Things can feel a bit reactive or unclear, especially when multiple projects are happening at once. - Some great benefits are available but aren’t well communicated or widely understood by employees. - Internal processes could be more structured. We're getting better, but it's still a teething issue as we go from growth to scale

      Very difficult to change things and to grow. Politic games.

      The business is rather effective, likely will go public. Declared values are good. Sometimes interesting tech challenges. Rather good benefits.

      Cons

      Development is over-regulated. Very high back-pressure to changes and suggestions. Internal "politic" games. Do not follow their declared statements and values.
