Pros

Used to be a startup. Nice office.

Cons

Startup vibe has been lost. Management has turned into treating employees like they're another cog in the machine. Vouge for employees first, but dont act on it

Horrible Workplace

Pros

Nice office, nothing more to say.

Cons

Shouting in the hallways Walking out of meetings and slamming doors Taking credit for others’ achievements An endless line of disconnected and amateur managers Demanding 12–14 hours of work per day Requiring work on weekends Lots of politics Lots of gossip and mudslinging An unprofessional work environment Entire teams bringing zero value but making a lot of noise about tech innovation and AI Appointments and promotions based on friendship and politics Hiring low-level staff without a proper, professional process Micromanagement at the highest level — three status meetings a day! And more and more… And the peak: a team-building evening at the office with pizza and beer — that employees had to pay for.

Pros

There is market opportunity, and plenty of incumbents that need to be replaced. However trying to convince mid-size organizations to switch their HR system in this market can be a tough battle. The sales enablement team is good, and the onboarding is well structured. Sales leadership in the US is strong, supportive, and well experienced.

Cons

The biggest disappointment I have experienced here is with the Partnerships team. Our partnerships in the US is lacking effective leadership, strategy and direction. As an experienced software seller for many years, I have always been successful in leveraging partnerships to pipe new opportunities, and bring in outside experts to help influence my deals. In other roles I could count on partners to source or heavily influence 30-50% of deals. Unfortunately, this is not the case here now, mainly do to a clear lack of effective leadership in the US with partnerships. We don't have enough partners, the right partners, or enough pipeline from partners and this is a clear missing element in our GTM efforts in the US. (it appears to be working much better in other regions across the world, but not the US?)
