As part of our commitment career growth, we have created a specific position -- Associate Account Executive -- a dedicated role for our internal BDR team members to be promoted into. Since the creation of this new role, we’ve promoted 2 BDRs to Associate Account Executive positions, and we have had one Junior BDR to Senior BDR promotion – all in January 2023. We are in the process of overhauling our progression progress and will be rolling out a clear plan by the end of Q1, so every BDR is fully aware of the expectations of what's required to be promoted. Whilst we acknowledge that career growth paths can always be improved and feedback is welcome, we are concerned that you didn’t feel like this was an option for you. We encourage you to speak to your manager or your people partner to discuss your concerns further so we can better understand of how to support.
