Pros

A lot of people say it, but the best thing about Bob is the people. I love working in a team where people genuinely look out for each other in both work and life. It's really a global company and that brings some good diversity to the culture too.

Cons

It's a scale up so there's a lot of process that needs reworking or improving but leadership seems to acknowledge that (building out a PMO function, maturing revops etc).

Good place to work but career progression is hard if you don't play into office politics

flexibility around office time wfa decent benefits colleagues are lovely and willign to help there are no stupid questions

Cons

Too much office politics which hinder promotions/career progression HR are not supportive when you have any grievances Salaries are not enough and you have to negotiate/advocate for yourself a lot to get a higher salary Management can be immature sometimes
