      Pros

      Fantastic company with top notch people and management who really know what they're doing. There's a wonderful family vibe and everyone is really invested in the company and the product. It's an interesting and competitive industry and yet we are making a real mark, an exciting thing to be a part of.

      Cons

      Office space is getting tight, but that's already being taken care of. Some department managers are better than others, but that's to be expected in any workplace.

      High growth start up - and all the pro's and con's that entails

      Pros

      Huge exposure to different elements of the business. From a personal development perspective, a great opportunity to learn new things that you wouldn't in your typical business. Plenty of people have had promotions and moved into new roles. Invigorating to be able to have such a tangible impact on a growing business. Also product is simply top notch, and there are some really talented people who work here.

      Cons

      High growth start up can be a double edged sword. You can own solutions but are not always given enough support or training to do so effectively. The rate of change and growing pains can be debilitating for those not used to it.

      Great product, strong mission, and fun culture. The company is doing well, moving fast, and solving real pains.

      Cons

      They don't always abide by their values. They are double standards for promotions and benefits across different teams and departments. Comp is below market standard.
