Regarding your concern around fully remote work, we have spoken to our Bobbers on this topic and we have found that in person collaboration is extremely important alongside having the flexibility to work from home to meet the demands of everyone's needs. We want to have an environment where everyone has the right work/life balance for them, where life always comes first.
