A company that truly puts its people first. There are real opportunities for growth and development, including internal mobility. The atmosphere is very positive, with great people and a respectful, pleasant work environment. In sensitive times, the company has shown a thoughtful, compassionate, and supportive approach toward employees, which is something I deeply appreciated.

In bob I really get the impression that i matter because what i bring to the table. We are appriciated as employees and get a lot of free hand in expirimenting with new tools like AI and pushing the company forward.
