Company has an amazing product that is easy to learn and truly revolutionizes HR.

Cons

US sales is a mess. It's highly political to the point where it feels like it's more about your PR strategy to impress leadership than it is to be effective at your job.

Great team to work with. Constant little exciting things provided such us, dinners, games, mindfulness etc.

Cons

Management moves way to fast to fire you if you don’t fit their target, which is not always relevant to the market. This leads to a stressful environment.
