      Pros

      Mature and thoughtful leadership team. Experienced team mates, who are supportive and collaborative.

      Cons

      Growing pains, but nothing unusual. You have the standard challenges of transitioning from start up to scale up, with the implementation of standardised processes and role requirements. It can be difficult to progress in smaller regions, as most opportunities are available near headquarters. While it is a welcoming organisation, they do lack a remote first focus.

      Nice people and facilities are ok

      Cons

      Part of the office space is underground so there’s no natural light at all which was a bit unpleasant. No time for a real onboarding for the new job, and instead immediately working on projects when you didn’t even meet all your teammates and how to use the system etc.

      We understand how important a comfortable workspace is! We're happy to share that we’ll be moving soon to a new office with plenty of natural sunlight. As a fast growing, scaling company, we do move fast but we also want to make sure that people have the time to get to know us, their teams and, what’s expected of them. We’re sorry that you felt the onboarding process wasn’t smooth and we’ll certainly feed that back to the relevant teams.
