Great team to work with. Constant little exciting things provided such us, dinners, games, mindfulness etc.

Cons

Management moves way to fast to fire you if you don’t fit their target, which is not always relevant to the market. This leads to a stressful environment.

We invest in training all Bobbers to make sure they have the skills and tools necessary to succeed as we want to grow a culture of opportunity and success and help individuals when they need it. Targets are reviewed regularly to ensure they are both fair and achievable, taking into account wider market conditions.
