      Pros

      Stable, forward-thinking, market-pay, but they reward the value you bring. Nice benefits, meal card, time off days, happy hours.. Very nice culture.

      Cons

      Like any large company, processes can take time to go through.

      I've been with HiBob for a little over a year now, and I must say, they genuinely prioritize their employees, whether it's about maintaining a healthy work-life balance or fostering career growth. I genuinely look forward to coming to work every day, surrounded by an amazing group of people.

      Interdepartmental communication can sometimes be improved.

      A wonderful company to work for as a Marketer

      Interesting and meaningful industry to operate in. The marketing team consists of very smart, talented, and professional people who are a delight to work with The marketing team has a strong positive relationship with the sales team. Marketers have a respectable budget to work with.

      Cons

      The time we had between CMOs was hard.
