Changing and inconsistent management. Compensation and recognition to employees. Obscure workflows and slow processes to improve them.

Pros

Great product, nice team, hybrid work.

Cons

Marketing has become a mess, with so many people being fired or quitting. HR and Leadership won't address it, and it's really causing problems for morale.

There is a true feeling of belonging that powers me up every day of work. Management in tech teams is amazing from team leads to C level

Sometimes it feels loke there is more to do than time to do it ;)
