Considering the records we always break, they're tight on budgets for team socials/rewards. However, I'd rather be paid more than have some nice dinners.

Amazing work environment, great people and managers/team leads. Interesting product.

Cons

Not really a con but it feels challenging and takes time to grasp and understand the full company functionality and how the different teams all tie up together.
