High code standarts, Focus on vibe coding (Cursor mainly). Great WLB, a very good place for parents very good people, see you as a person first. Hybride- 3 days work from home.

Cons

Salaries are not high like other places in the industry

I’ve had a really positive experience at HiBob so far. The environment is supportive and you’re surrounded by smart, driven people, which makes a big difference day to day. There’s a strong focus on people and culture, and you’re given the space to grow and perform at your own pace while still being challenged. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop and learn.

Cons

The pace can be more self-driven at times, so you need to be proactive to get the most out of the role.
