Pros

A great product, customer base, and an interesting industry. Colleagues genuinely care for each other and look out for each other. It's an international and multi-cultural place which makes it all the more interesting. Lots of different events and activities to get to know colleagues

Cons

Fast growth means not everything is built yet / works properly but leadership knows it and seems open to improving / building as we go.

We acknowledge that we do have some growing pains as we scale our business.
