      You're pretty much on your own to do your job so if you know what you're doing you should be good.

      Cons

      Usually working with a bunch of inexperienced idiots and nobody cares about their work. It's all about the bottom line and the monthly numbers!

      Pros

      Benefits, job progression, MOST of the people. This corporation is HUGE. So they do a great job of trying to keep it feeling like a family oriented team. Really a stellar place to work.

      Cons

      Management, they have a pretty tough "good ole boy" mentality in some spots through out the country, Some of the lower management could use a few Professional Development classes. the training they had in place was minimal, although that was in the middle of changing.
