Pros

They make good products and offer good benefits.

Cons

The company has some of the most toxic leadership I have ever seen. Every member of the leadership team is sycophantic, yes men and women, playing to the tune of whomever they think has power. I have seen people turn on each other in private, and smile in public. Vice presidents, senior managers, directors, are all trash. Company is run based on seniority vs operation efficiency. Strategy and goals change on a weekly basis, they fire fighting rather than planing properly. Deceitful employees, specifically ones in Perrysburg, who represent the absolute worst nature of office politics, I have seen employees send me screenshots of messages to defame their "best friend", in order to try to get some semblance of favor. Former HR director helped create a culture of fear, many employees fear for their jobs, why ? Because leadership may not like them. In the end, they do not have systems, or process, they are a group of individuals who basically live off the service techs, and hard work of the manufacturing in Europe and Ohio. The reality, is in this corporate landscape, it is like the kinds court, be ready to lose your head and any moment, smile to peoples face, but hold a large knife to their back.

Pros

OK benefits, good people on the floor, like the 6am - 2:30pm hours

Cons

Business is changing and no one is being honest about what’s happening. I think because they bring so many supplies from outside the US that concerns with tariffs and orders for TMFL being down are a big problem. Also I’ve seen a difference in how office people leave if they were women or men. Women just disappear while men get to work out notice time and let people know they’re going. Now the leadership team is all male, all white and I think that’s exactly what they wanted.
