Toxic work environment in the store support center- management makes decent business decisions but has a work culture from the 1980s with departments that hate each other and slowly back stab one email at a time, several departments thrive on negativity and drama. Constant chaotic process changes that require the teams to be “flexible” and “team players” Many established departments want the team members “in the office”
