I enjoy the aspect of the combination of dealing with both sports and business, and the fact that it is something new everyday.

Cons

One of the downsides would be the issue of never having a schedule that is set in stone that you can plan around.

Pros

The employee discount is great. Being able to buy stuff on sale for a discount is rewarding. Helping customers find the right products is very rewarding.

Cons

The hours of a manager are a little extreme. The bonuses are hard to achieve. Lots of product fit into a very small sales area is very challenging to arrange.
