Pros

Pay and benefits made this an attractive job offering when I was ready to leave my previous place of employment

Cons

There was virtually no communication between the sales force and anyone at a corporate level. It was very hard to get anything communicated up the chain and we often felt that all of our concerns, which were very valid, fell on deaf ears.

Pros

I liked the autonomy and having each day different. You get to meet lots of people some are nice and open to hearing what you have to offer others are rude. Lots of rejection but that's sales and you just need to move on to the next door. If you are not motivated and are hurt by rejection this is not a job for you. You can make good money if you are a good at connecting with people and follow up.

Cons

You are constantly compared to others in your office. So if your co-workers are not doing as well then it makes you look good. Lots of turnover in this job as many people just want to get paid to sit at a desk and wait for the phone to ring. If you are not selling and closing new business on a regular basis then they will show you the door.

Pros

The company had some great things in place. Salary, benefits, were both good. Training was really good. The digital products are top notch, very affordable and any business would be good to use hibu for their advertising.

Cons

The Yellowpages industry is changing There were severe cuts made to adjust to this and jobs were restructured. The new way they do things is causing a lot of good people to fail and lose their jobs. There are some that will succeed, and be paid very well for it, but more will/are failing.
