      Work from home Training ok If you are just out of college, this can be ok for you, maybe...

      If you understand digital marketing, this company is not for you, if you a novice to digital marketing, cool! Get ready for hard-core micromanagement, be prepared to always share your screen, and tracking from your phone on your whereabouts. Bad management, always grinding for sales. The commission program always changing, everything changed, and it was difficult to meet their requirements. You can be a goal and exceed, but you did not meet certain criteria, and before you know it you are always earning a base salary. The product is not good at all, During my time here, all I got were customer complaints, and cancellations, most of your time will be turning out fires, while management is grinding you. My reputation with companies I've dealt with is bad. This company has ruined my reputation locally in the area I live and work in. Do your research before applying to hibu.       Pros

      Great earning potential, flexible schedules, hybrid work model and fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Can take awhile to be promoted just dependent on staffing needs, but those who express interest do have that ability to move up.

      Not Worth It

      Supervisors were great and always tried to help Had company events

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations Customers are rude and abusive over the phone Pay was crap for being in collections Bonuses were unattainable
