      Good work culture. Lot's of earning potential. Supportive environment where your manager and all levels of management want you to do well. Plenty of ongoing training and help whenever you need it.

      Cons

      Can sometimes take a little time to hit your stride.

      Pros

      Working here you have an opportunity to earn a great living while building your own book of clients. It is a sales position through and through and there is training, collateral and objectives to help you sell more. Management is the best, earnings can be huge if you produce.

      Cons

      Digital marketing is a competitive industry to sell in right now, differentiating yourself to small business owners and gaining agreement is challenging.

      You have to work super super hard and make a lot of mistakes and take the fall for others in order to learn. Not for the weak
