Pros

Great job if your looking to get your feet wet in the digital marketing game. I guess...

Cons

Let me just say this company is one of the worst out there. Hibu has a terrible work culture and the training is horrendous. After two weeks of learning the lingo they throw you out there with a book of business filled with angry customers who are looking to cancel. Hibu is terrible at maintaining relationships with their customers and they want you to take all the heat. Not only that but management has no idea what the hell they are doing. They belittle you for asking questions and talk down to the team during their Huddles. Commission structure is meh and they continue to mess with it to keep more $$ for the company. Honestly get in, get some experience, and them high tail it the heck out of there.

Pros

The opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Much of the sales staff is very rude and unprofessional and when reported to HR, nothing changes. Pay is not a livable wage. Additional duties are added frequently and the rate of pay stays the same. Holidays and Saturdays are mandatory for one department in the entire company. Employees are only allowed PTO if there are staffing hours available regardless of reason. If hours are not available in their staffing, it is an unexcused absence even for medical appointments. Toxic work environment where management does not take steps to improve and attempts to motivate with derogatory statements and threats rather than positive responses.

Pros

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars vs 5 is because of the heavy commission with very low base. After training you quota to stay on premium sales pay is 2 sales totally 1800 every month. You also have to increase your current clients. If a client quits after the 6 month contract you are charged back commission for the remaining 6 months. There is a small stipend for your car monthly as well as gas being covered when you drive for work. The employee culture is great and they do a lot to retain their employees.
