Pros

My manager out of Nebraska is incredible! She is passionate about coaching our team and makes sure that we are reaching our full potential. I love the fact that I am learning something new each week and have incredible leaders to help me grow along the way. Although the base pay is low, the commissions are uncapped and you can make 6 figures if you work hard. Not only is the commission rewarding, but so is serving our clients well. The most rewarding part is hearing success stories from our clients and knowing that we helped their company thrive and grow locally.

Cons

there are some other digital marketing companies that have better technology and service than we do. This is something that Hibu is adapting to and trying to make significant changes along the way.

Pros

Training was great! 3 weeks of intense training and met some great colleagues as well. The company along with some of the leadership, is fantastic. They provide you with most of the skills you need to be successful and continued training.

Cons

The activity is difficult. 45 a day is difficult. 12 hour work day is encouraged and can be done only if you are glued to your laptop. However you must be out in the field, on the phone, firing off and email etc. Almost impossible to do on a regular day. Then there are the regular long calls at least twice a week during peak selling hours. For example: Why would we have an hour long team call right at 8 am when the sales team needs to be seeking a decision maker? Then there is another call at 12 Then a 2.5 hour phone blitz later part of the day. Don't rob your sales team of crucial selling time. Give us back our time to build a quality rapport with future clients. Lastly if your in a metro area, your competition is insane. You will have to compete against we have tried it before why are you so different. That is an objection you'll have to work against, thus the sales cycle is much longer than usual or against other markets that are performing . There more I could say but I will keep grinding

We appreciate you sharing your feedback. Our best in class training program does an incredible job with new hires to set them up for success. The creation of the cadence was based off data from some of our most successful employees, if it is followed employees continue to see success. Wishing you the best in the future!
