Sad commission structure - worst chargeback policy in the industry

They have decent benefits which does not make up for the terrible commission structure at all. The pay and chargeback are the worst in the industry. This is not a good career move.

Cons

The commission structure is really bad. It's actually embarrassing and continues to change for the worst as The company sinks like the titanic. The job can't be taken seriously. Might be a first job for somone straight out of college to get their feet wet. Management is terrible.

hibu is a premier partner with both google and facebook. We provide leads for less through digital advertising solutions. Our focus is to help small to medium sized businesses and our pricing reflects that.

Cons

Trying to educate the business owners that TV, magazine, radio and billboards is a huge waste of money and it can't be tracked.

Learned a lot about different digital advertisement

Cons

The management is horrible, the department is ran by people who do not know the process or the systems. So when new things roll out it makes it harder on the employees. The amount of work does not match the pay at all!!! They want quality but with all the work we had it was impossible and unrealistic. Its draining and the environment is depressing. It is not worth it. No one in management has a backbone and instead of fixing the problems (which are very simple) they tip toe around it and because of the morale of the department is at an all time low. No one is happy and they try to tell everyone to be positive, but there is nothing to look forward too.
