The 21st Century is Waiting!

Pros

Good teammates and middle management. Reasonable PTO compensation.

Cons

Underpaid, overworked. Took on Senior-level responsibilities for no additional pay or compensation. Huge gulf between upper management and floor workers; upper management remains to this day clueless about our products and processes; sole focus in production is to keep costs low and profits up. No support on product; if you don't know something or need to reach out to another department, you're on your own at least 50% of the time. Dead-end place too; if you're not "in" with someone who can fast track you into management, you'll go nowhere.

Our employees at Hibu are extremely valued. As positions become available they are posted internally and all employees are given the opportunity to apply. Employees at Hibu are promoted based upon the merits of their work. Our Sales Representatives are provided with Ethical Standards training upon hire and annually thereafter. Hibu feels strongly that our employees act ethically 100% of the time.

Pros

Floor managers usually quite positive and helpful, team members fairly decent. Some sense of camaraderie. Fairly good pay and benefits.

Cons

Upper management divisive between sales and customer service teams; constant rule changes make sticking to process a challenge. No real feeling of support for customer service teams.

Pros

There is a kitchen/dining area in the building

Cons

Management lacks knowledge, lies, and is unprofessional. There is no HR department in the building. Insurance coverage is horrible - over $100 to see an in-network doctor in person, or $20-$25 for a video call with a doctor. Leads are horrible - 70% of numbers are disconnected, a fax number, or a business that is no longer active.
