Good hours free coffee nice coworkers public transportation accessible OK pay nice office no weekends paid holidays paid time off and vacation

Cons

They lie and say you can make 55000 a year but after you start they say oh it takes 3-6 to get good at this job so that's not equal to 55000 a year with the base being 35000 also you get very bad leads very repetitive!!! Calling the same people over and over again not for me

Thank you for your feedback! We agree that there are many perks to working at hibu. During the interview process, we discuss target earnings with all candidates. The interview discussion also includes the challenges of the position as well as what it takes for an average person to become acclimated to the role. With any sales role, there will always be a ramp up period prior to successfully hitting objectives.

The facility itself is set in a beautiful corporate facility with a retention pound with fountain and nice patio on the rear of the building. On the first floor there is an outside vendor that runs the cafeteria downstairs.

Cons

Old and aging publishing company that is slow to change their approach to the fast passed digital world. The company may walk and talk like a digital company, but management is from the old print/listings business, that relies on KPI's and micromanagement. Human resources is based in the Cedar Rapids office and only holds the company's interests.
