If you are a self starter and like to work hard, Hibu is an awesome company to work for! You have to be self motivated each day to get out in the field! But if you put your head down, and grind you will be paid very well!

Cons

It's a lot of information you have to learn all at once, but they have a great training program to help with the learning curve!
