Pros

Meeting different clients and getting to work with different types of businesses

Cons

10 different people telling you how to do different parts of the job. One person tells you 30 new calls a day. Another manager tells you 50. That is in addition to follow up calls and appointments that you do. After 5 they tell you to prep 50 new calls the next day and spend 2 to 3 minutes on each one. When you do the math that’s two and a half hours beginning at 5:30 every evening. Then they will add training and modules that have to be completed after hours. Add another 30 minutes for some, a couple of hours for others. Meetings in the mornings start at 7:30 or 8 so plan on 13 - 14 hours per day minimum, every day if you do things the way they tell you.the

Pros

The NEST program to insure you have a great start to your career. Super supportive training team. Not uncommon to see employees of 20+years tenure. Overall seems like a great culture with happy employees and a great outlook because the company is definitely at the forefront of technology and industry trends. Very excited for the opportunity!

Cons

The base pay needs to be re-evaluated especially for people living in large metro areas. Needs to be a smoother transition from new hire to when you get your book of business built bc the training pay is peanuts. You must have savings to cover you for a minimum of 2 months before you accept the job because you are basically getting paid just your base pay. Once you hit premium tier, the commission structure is kind of weird in that you are incentivized to “sandbag” sales to maximize commissions.
