      Not A Career Opportunity

      Pros

      Great Manager, good coworkers. I spent more than 15 years with the company. It had it's good and bad years. It was at the forefront of digital initially and then stumbled. A good starting job to learn sales but not the best spot for a career.Great place for a manager because they never get let go but the stress is hard on them as well. Work from home and good training on current digital landscape.

      Cons

      Unrealistic quotas, incredible pressure with even lower level management admitting difficulty sleeping due to stress. Upper Management blames sales for bad products and little guidance. Sales people fired monthly, managers never held accountable. Maybe a decent starter job but not a career.

      great flexibility, make your own schedule, good pay, good base

      Cons

      lack of direction, managers work on fear of losing their job. all longevity managers have left all at once, jumped ship.......very reactive instead of proactive...this company is a sinking ship

      Base pay and Benefits were very good

      Cons

      Ever changing products, sales goals and atmosphere within the company and region made it difficult to close sales. Follow up with customers was not allowed. We were told to just give them the 800 number. Made it hard to build any kind of business relationship with any customers to continue services or to up-sell later.
