      Great place to work. I have learned so much, had several different roles and made lots of great friends and contacts.

      Pros

      Great people, great opportunities, closely connected teams. I've been able to rapidly progress through the company and take away a tonne of experience. My managers and senior managers have been great leaders and guides.

      Cons

      Some of the senior management (not all of them) in Sales areas of the business struggle to accept or understand change meaning company progression and development within our market is slowed down and has even been stopped.

      Pros

      Good group of people in my department, working well together to help drive change in the business. Supportive manager who gives opportunity for me to learn and develop. Very interesting time to be working in the business with a number of significant projects. Great office environment and facilities.

      Cons

      Some models and departments in the business still need to progress to enable the business to grow in the future.

      India management, old employees in designing team who are here for more than 5 years act like they are no less than VP.
