      - Are We Offering the Right Products Today? - Too many, right types for our clients, etc. - Senior Leadership Leaving - True motivators, mentors and caring individuals are often times leaving for other opportunities, etc.

      Pros

      People are willing to help, advise and comfort you. Pay-offs are good if you've been with the company a long time.

      Cons

      The company is still massively in debt, struggling to transform itself and the current strategy doesn't seem to inspire confidence - many employees are unsure of what's going on particularly with the mixed messages being sent from top level. New American top-level management are being appointed constantly but their remit and necessity are questionable.
