      Pros

      Constantly Motivating the Sales Floor with Different Contests and Promotions... If you are a good salesperson, they will leave you alone. They are doing the best they can to transition with the times....however late to the game.

      Cons

      Many New Products they are banking on to be a success.... Management seems to be in dissaray.... 401k match has been decreased.. Stock options have been cut..... Possibly trying to grow to fast, too soon....time will tell

      A Leader in a Dying Industry...Work Elsewhere!

      Pros

      Strong focus on training. Excellent initial sales training. Top performers are often well-recognized.

      Cons

      Despite beefing up it's online portfolio, due to it's core biz being yellow page advertising, the company is viewed by clients as an industry on its way to extinction. Very hard to get appointments, yet alone sales. Years ago it was a great place to be able to make good money. Not anymore. Most reps see their income potential dropping by 20-25%/year. You're better off using your sales talents for an industry that's well-respected and thriving....not yellowbook. Inconsistent management. Strict focus on getting a set # of new, and not the dollar value. Can sell 2x more money-wise than any other rep and surpass your budget, but if you don't have the # of new, you're put on a performance improvement plan. I've seen some of the best reps terminated because of it. Stupid!
