Pros

1st: Great healthcare. They give you Blue Cross and Blue Shield PPO, Dental: Cigna Vision: VSP (which is VERY GOOD). 2nd: The friends you grow with and keep for the rest of your life.

Cons

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PAY! NON SALES GETS UNDER 40K to start and these are not kids working. Grown Women with families. The majority of the workers are women. Now for the sales side: WELL, Lets say, they have college attendees (not graduates) making a starting salary of :$70,000 that is GUARANTEE for 6 mos and somethings up to a year. There is no commission included with that. But for you to sit around on the computer ,pay your bills, go to the movies , book your vacation or even never leave your bed I guess that is a positive reason to work here. And if you kiss management's ass, for sales, you get better selection of leads and things that are against COMPANY policy, gets a blind eye turned

Pros

Yellowbook gives you the experience you need to find a better job down the road.

Cons

There are very few times that positive reinforcement is used. Managers don't know how to answer questions so you end up doing everythng on your own without any office help. Managers have favorites and don't even try to hide it. Reps that forge contracts, split contracts and have very poor customer service are given top accounts and earn trips as a result of their unethical behavior. When you try to do what is right for a customer and not for yourseld, you are reprimanded and made to feel like a failure.

Pros

If you are a hard-driving, born-to-sell, caricature of a used-car salesman type; then this is the job for you. Meeting your sales goals means advancement is literally months away, if you are not a minority, and the sky is seemingly the limit.

Cons

If you are a soft-sell type personality. There is no place for you in this company. Additionally, no matter how hard you work, you'll always get great words and a pat on the back, but promotions are for young white males first, then young white females, then minorities. In fact, unless they've added more since I left, top level management includes only one black male. The rest are middle to older white males - No women, No Asians, No Latinos, No Indians.
