Pros

Once a great company to work for. Now a pathetic shell of its former self. There are truly no Pros that can outweigh the Con of working for a company that is going out of business.

Cons

The company is failing. The hibu digital and print products are failing. The finance receivables department is like a morgue. Positions are continuously being eliminated or outsourced overseas. Everyone is terrified of losing their job. Most of the employees with tenure are only staying with the hopes of receiving a severance package.

Pros

Good products and great partnership with google. Hard work can be rewarded, but objectives are very hard. They invest a lot if time into the training of new sales reps.

Cons

Senior management. Being owned by a bank, hard to achieve bonus structure for reps and managers. Not streamlined on a company philosophy of message. Inability to realize print in dead. The newer division of reps is very odd. BDR reps have extremely hard quotas and are forced to sell garbage to hit their goals. They do not do what's right for the customer. There are some great people that I have encountered; but on a whole senior management are genuinely not good human beings. No one is sure if they will have a job when they wake up everyday, that is an awful feeling.

People here a great. It's a very young environment filled will a lot of talent and you get to wear very casual clothing, which is always a plus.

Cons

Management is awful. The company cares more about quantity then quality. They also don't care about your professional development and treat you like a number in the meat market or a factory. They give pennies for raises, they don't listen to employee needs and there are only lateral moves.
