      Pros

      My favorite thing about working for Hibu is getting to assist small to medium businesses in my community. You get to build some many incredible relationships. Hibu also believes in working as a team. You are not out there on your own assisting local business owners, you have a whole team of people behind you making sure you and the local businesses succeed!

      Cons

      I honestly do not have any cons working for Hibu other than this job requires a lot of time/patience.

      Great income if you are willing to work hard

      Pros

      You can make very good income selling digital marketing for Hibu. However, it can be challenging getting more 'no's' than 'yes's' like any sales job. But learn the craft and you will be compensated nicely. There is lots of room to get promoted and lately the company is in expansion mode and wants to grow and hire more sales reps now and in near future. Keep your existing clients happy and earn nice retention bonuses too. We were nominated as one of the top companies to sell for. Most small business owners need marketing so it is applicable to most businesses.

      Cons

      There is a lot of competition in the digital marketing space. There is no barrier to entry as a high school student, or the business owner can do themselves. So it can be a challenge distinguishing our products and services as a commodity item. You must adjust to new company initiatives which don't always feel correct or productive. At times you can work long hours preparing for meetings or planning out your week.
