Pros

Good benefits - overall good company if you arent in inside sales.

Cons

The sales model that they have to generate leads, which you are cold calling is horrendous. WE call businesses who have websites that are not so bad to try and sell them another one. Instead the money should be generated for advertising to drive calls of people who are already interested in. - also they only have one server for the outbound dialers and when it failed, they had us manually dialing 200 people a day. lol.

Pros

Selling to variety of customers, good money if you hit bonuses, which are paiid late.

Cons

No movement upwards. Managers do not care that product sucks and assume customers will be unhappy. Learned nothing to apply to new company. Digital was interesting but it was all outsourced by 3rd party rep. Too much driving around.
