Higginbotham is growing VERY fast, but it's a fun and dynamic place to work. They promote a culture of collaboration and encourage teamwork. Higginbotham feels like a second family.

Cons

The amount of emails are extraordinary.

Committed to community, both internal and external. Great group of people. Flexible work environment.

Cons

No 401k match. Offer stock option in company as alternative. Starting PTO is 13 days (kind of low for experienced personnel).
