Mid-sized company with an employee first attitude. Employees ARE recognized as an important asset. By caring for the employees the organization's philosophy is you will provide excellent customer service to the clients. The growth of the organization continues to provide career opportunities at every turn.

Cons

From a marketing perspective only it would be helpful in our industry if we were a national firm instead of a very large Texas only firm.
