      Close to community. Ease of travel to location.

      Cons

      Cronyism, Nepotism, Lack of Minority associates. Total disregard to employee safety and enforcement of IOSHA standards. Total disregard to Fire Safety Standards. Total disregard to NEC standards even after being made aware of the issues. Not a safe place to work.
